Your Social Skills Group Sucks!

Let’s Fix It

See original version →

A full-year, play-based social skills curriculum that teaches kids how to handle real life — not just structured groups. Built for ABA providers, RBTs, and educators ready to run groups that actually work.

Are You Facing These Challenges?

You’re an amazing provider, clinician or educator, but your social skills group could be so much better that it is right now.

😴 Your kids are bored — sessions feel repetitive and kids are just going through the motions

📋 Staff have no clear plan — every session requires hours of prep or guesswork

🔄 Skills aren't generalizing — kids do fine in group but fall apart in real situations

🧩 You're piecing things together — no single curriculum covers everything you need

If nothing changes, those challenges don't just stay the same, they compound. Kids miss opportunities. Parents lose faith. Staff burn out. And you keep pouring your time into groups that never quite deliver the results you know they could.

Hey, I’m Lee.

I’m a husband, dad to three wildly wonderful daughters, RBT, and the person who built the curriculum I desperately needed when I started out.

I've spent almost 8 years running social skills groups and full-day summer programs. I've built programs that generate five to six figures in just six weeks but honestly, the revenue was never the point. The point was watching kids who struggled to make a single friend walk out of a group laughing, connected, and proud of themselves.

But when I started? My first group was a disaster.

No structure. No training. No real plan. Just a room full of kids who needed real connection and me, completely unprepared to give it to them. I wasn't failing because I didn't care. I was failing because nobody had ever given me the right tools.

That moment never left me.

I went searching for a curriculum that actually worked. Everything I found was boring, vague, or built for a classroom, not a real group setting. No staff guidance. No implementation support. Nothing that addressed what actually happens when you put a group of kids together and try to teach them how to connect.

So I built it myself.

The Social Pathway Curriculum worked. Providers bought and implemented it. Kids thrived. Children were finally getting invited to birthday parties. Staff told me they finally felt confident walking into a session. However, after a few years of running it, I knew it still wasn't enough. Kids were learning to participate in groups. They weren't learning to handle real life.

So I rebuilt it from scratch. And that's what 2.0 is.

WHAT’S NEW

What Makes 2.0 Different

  • You run social skills groups once per week for around 2 hours and want a structured, evidence-based plan.

  • You work with kids ages 5 to 15, and want flexible materials that can be adapted for younger children based on skill level.

  • You’re tired of spending hours creating activities, visuals, and lesson plans from scratch.

  • You’re committed to helping kids connect, thrive, and carry social skills into real life and you want tools that make that possible.

Here’s What One Provider Shared:

“The Social Pathway Curriculum has been an incredible addition to our program. One of the features I appreciate most is how easily adaptable it is for mixed-age groups, whether we're working with early learners or older kids, the lessons remain meaningful and engaging. games are a huge hit with our clients, and the option for both competitive and non-competitive versions allows us to tailor each activity to individual needs and group dynamics. It's a well-rounded, practical and thoughtfully designed resource.”

This all sounds great, but…

I know investing in a new curriculum can feel like a big decision because you care deeply about your kids, your team, and the quality of your program. So let’s tackle some honest doubts you might be having right now:

Doubt: I already have materials I’ve created myself. Do I really need this?

Truth: If you’re like me, you’ve spent hours creating visuals, games, and lesson plans from scratch. But it’s exhausting to reinvent the wheel every week. The Social Pathway Curriculum saves you that time and gives you a complete, evidence-based system that’s ready to go. You can still bring your creativity into sessions, but without the overwhelm.

Doubt: My kids are all so different. Will this work for mixed abilities or ages?

Truth: Absolutely. The curriculum is designed to be flexible and adaptable. Whether your group is mixed-age or varied in skill levels, the lessons include modifications, visuals, and protocols to help every child participate meaningfully.

Doubt: Is this worth the investment?

Truth: A thriving social skills group can generate significant revenue for your center or program, sometimes six figures a year. More importantly, it changes lives. The time, stress, and uncertainty you save with a ready-to-use system often pays for itself in the first few months.

Doubt: I’m still nervous about whether it’s the right fit for me.

Truth: I completely understand. That’s why I’ve created a free Preview Pack so you can see exactly how The Social Pathway Curriculum is structured, the types of visuals you’ll get, and how easy it is to use before you make a decision. Because seeing is believing and I’m confident you’ll love what you find.
